One of the things that we value the most at MVP Sonic Group is our employees. We are proud to boast that we have numerous employees that have been with us for 5,10,15, and 20 plus years! We are proud of all that our employees do for us and want to recognize those exceptional people! This Month’s Employee Spotlight goes to Erica Newsome! Eric has been with MVP for 17 years and works in our Richland location as Assistant General Manager. This is her story:
Erica started as a carhop in December of 2001 at Grant’s Ferry. She worked her way up to management and became an AGM in November 2012. Since then Erica has worked as a General Manager from 2014 to 2016. During this time, she also was a part of the Training Team and Helped with several store opening in the area such as Gluckstadt and Flowood. Since 2016, Erica has been working as the Richland AGM and is making her mark there every day. Her favorite part of working for MVP Sonic group is interacting with new people and the people she has met and worked with as a part of this company.
