Active Employees can log into their Employee Portal to retrieve W2’s, print pay stubs, change addresses, and update W4’s.

Former Employees
Termed Employees can still access their Employee Prism Portal.
Former Employees can login using the same email address/username & password.
If you have forgotten your password you can click the “Forgot Password” link and reset it.
W2 Information
Please log into the Employee Prism Portal with your email and password.
From there you will be able to log in and download a copy of your W2.
We do not mail or print copies due to all employees having access through their portal.
