Our Mississippi Gulf Coast Supervisor, Sean Bennett, found a creative way to get his store teams involved and motivated to improve by offering a monthly raffle for each store’s employees! Employees earn tickets to put in the drawing in several different ways, from shift performance to being on time to store audit scores. At the end of the month, they draw to see who is the winner. This month’s price was a Flat Screen TV! Congrats winners & keep up the good work MS Gulf Coast!
