Vice President of Operations

Mike Beacham has been in the restaurant business for 37 years. His first job was at McDonald’s, where he worked for two different franchise owners for a total of 22 years. He has held all positions at McDonald’s, starting as a crew member and working his way to Director of Operations. Mike lead My Joy Inc. to expand from five restaurants to 21 restaurants.
With all of his success, his dream was to be an owner/operator. He got his opportunity in 2007 when he was a partner in two fast-casual restaurants for four years, being the COO of Mattiace Restaurant Company. Mike was awarded the Franchisee of the Year in 2008 and having one of his locations become the highest volume unit within the company.
In May of 2011, Mike left to join the MVP SONIC GROUP. Since his start at MVP, he has worked as the Director of Operations and has since been promoted to the Regional Vice President of the North Division and is responsible for 40 stores. In February of 2021, Mike became the Vice President of Operations for McClain Sonics.
Mike is married to Denise, who is the office manager for Professional Therapy Solutions, LLC. They have one son, Alex, who is married to Rachel. His hobbies include spending time with his family, fishing, Alabama football, and hunting with his son. The Beacham family are members of Colonial Height Baptist Church, where Mike is involved in the Audio/ Visual Ministry.
